CDCU and its affiliate, Utah Community Investment Fund, offer several programs to help you improve the condition of your home. Our different programs can assist you in making health and safety repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, as well as other improvements that will maintain the condition and value of your home.

HOMEFIT UPGRADE RENOVATION LOAN

The HomeFit Upgrade Renovation Loan program offers loans up to $25,000 for home improvements such as addressing health and safety issues, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, replacing a roof, updating your home’s exterior or adding on additional space. If you have questions please contact Denise at

GREEN AND HEALTHY HOMES INITIATIVE

The Salt Lake County Green & Healthy Homes Initiative Program (GHHI) can help you make your home healthy, safe, and more energy efficient by making critical repairs and addressing items contributing to health issues. GHHI provides assistance through grants and low interest loans to income eligible homeowners.
