Down Payment Assistance
The CDC administers federally funded loan/grant down payment assistance programs in various areas within Salt Lake County. The goal of the program is to assist income eligible homebuyers purchase single-family homes with the help of down payment and closing cost assistance. Applications are funded on a first-come first-serve basis while funds are available.
