LOW INTEREST LOANS FOR HOME REPAIR
The Community Development Corporation of Utah (CDC) administers low-interest loan programs for eligible homeowners below 80% of the area median income in South Salt Lake, Tooele County and Morgan County.
Loan funds can be used for repairs that correct health and safety problems, building code violations, general repairs, and improvements.
The CDC works with homeowners to inspect and evaluate repair needs, prepare specifications and secure bids for the project. Licensed and insured contractors are used to complete the work. In some instances homeowners can do some of the work for themselves.
