FORECLOSURE COUNSELING

Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling: In foreclosure mitigation counseling a client’s present circumstances are examined and a plan is prepared with the mortgage institution to mitigate the delinquent mortgage. The client is taught all of their options involved in loss mitigation, alternatives to foreclosure are discussed, and a plan is created.
CDC Foreclosure Hotline - Call our hotline at 801-994-7222 extension 102, if you are behind on your mortgage payment or if you have had a recent hardship that will make it difficult for you to continue to make mortgage payments. A CDC Housing Counselor will return your call by the end of the following business day, or sooner. Be prepared with the following information before speaking with our housing counselors.
