Eligibility Guidelines for Community Development Corporation of Utah Programs


CDC uses federal income guidelines to determine eligibility for our programs.
If you make less than the guidelines listed below you are eligible to apply
for CDC programs.


Some of our programs allow household income to be as high as 115% of the area median income, others require household income of less than or equal to 80% of the area median income. Please call to see which guidelines are applicable to you.
